At 8.00 am we will pick you up at your hotel in Yangon, we start by visiting the magnificent Reclining Buddha at Chauk Htat Gyi. The image is 65m long and is housed in a large shed North of Kandawgyi Lake. Then we stop for photo taking at the Karaweik Hall with a “Hamsa-bird” shaped floating barge on Kandawgyi Lake. Finally, we conclude our day with the most worthwhile visit to one of the world’s most spectacular monument – Shwedagon Pagoda. It is said to be 2,600 years old with the main gold-plated dome is topped by a stupa containing over 7,000 diamonds, rubies, topaz and sapphires; and the whole giddy concoction offset by a massive emerald positioned to reflect the last rays of the setting sun. After that, we take you back to your hotel. End trip.
