At 9:00am, we meet as River City Mall and start our walking tour. As you walk you will learn about the different groups of Chinese that immigrated to Thailand and how their trades and cultures have varied over the years. We will pass by the workshops of local metal workers, the kitchens of local bakers and a variety of other local vendors. In addition to many Chinese shrines, you will also pass Bangkok’s first local bank, the Portuguese Church and a Vietnamese temple. Finally we end up at near Odeon Circle from where you can continue to explore Wat Traimit, Chinatown’s markets, or we will point you in the direction of public transport as your wish. End trip around 11:30am.
