7.30 - 8.30: Pick up time from your hotel in Danang city center area for starting the tour.
9.30: Arrive in Hue city. You will visit Khai Dinh tomb, one of the most beautiful royal tombs of Nguyen Dynasty’s Kings.
12.30: Have lunch at the local restaurant and take a short break time.
13.30: After that, we will continue to visit Thien Mu Pagoda which considered as the symbol of religion and spirit of Hue people.
Move to Hue Citadel which was recognized by UNESCO as World Cultural Heritage in 1993 and take time to explore.
17.30: Return to Danang city. Tour ends.
Itinerary
In the morning, driver and guide will pick you up from your hotel in Da Nang center and depart to Hue city, the dreamy city of Vietnam.
Upon arrival Hue, you are ready to start Hue city discovery. Hue city is located in the central of Vietnam. Hue city was used to be a capital of Vietnam in 400 years, Hue had splendid periods but still had difficult periods at the same time. That’s why this city has rich culture and long history that you will find interesting to discover.
When you arrive in Hue, you will move to visit Khai Dinh tomb, one of the most beautiful royal tombs of Nguyen Dynasty’s 12th Kings. This tomb took 10 years to complete all of details, from 1920 – 1931. Khai Dinh tomb is a combination of many characteristics between Western and Eastern such as French style, Indian style, etc. Many materials for this tomb were delivered from China, French, etc. Unique value of art of the tomb lies with the decoration skill obviously seen in the Thien Dinh Palace. Its interior decoration features colorful mosaics made of millions of ceramic chip.
The, you will visit the Imperial Citadel, famously being one of Vietnam’s seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It is a huge complex covering an area of 520ha and comprising three circles of ramparts, Kinh Thanh Hue (Hue Capital Citadel), Hoang Thanh (Royal Citadel) and Tu Cam Thanh (Forbidden Citadel). Standing for over 200 years and consisting of over 100 fascinating architectural works almost remained unchanged, the Royal Citadel is an ideal place for those wishing to better understand an architectural and cultural beauty as well as an important history of Vietnam.

After that, we will continue to visit The Pagoda of the Celestial Lady (Thien Mu Pagoda). Located beside the picturesque Huong River, Thien Mu Pagoda, with its ancient architecture, adds its charm to this beautiful natural setting. Not only does it go on romantic poems or Hue characterized lyrics, Thien Mu is also considered as a sacred pagoda and the sight not to be missed by any tourists when setting foot in the ancient capital.
