After assembling at Tribal Cafe Coron at 8 am ahead of departure by banca together with sea kayaks for Ryukan Channel, a winding mangrove estuary and shortcut to Sangat Island, the largest limestone island in the Calamian after Coron. There we snorkel a Japanese wartime gunboat and/or dip into hot seawater springs. We cruise to Calumbuyan, getting off to snorkel, before paddling South and North Cay — idyllic sand-ringed, palm-fringed tropical islands. Island hop back as the sun sets, arriving in Coron town as night falls.
