Brief Itinerary:

7:30- 08:00: Pick up time in hotels from Hanoi Old Quarter area for starting the tour.

10:20: Visit Am Tien Cave, Tuyet Tinh Coc in Vietnam. Enjoy stunning view after climbing up 200 steps. Visit the ancient pagoda and another pagoda in the cave in the middle of the mountain.

11:30: Move to Mua cave. Climb up 500 steps to enjoy the stunning view of Ninh Binh City, limestone mountains and Tam Coc river 

13:00: Have lunch with Vietnamese cuisine at a local restaurant.

14:00: Take a sampan boat trip in Trang An Eco-Tourism Complex.

16:30: Leave Trang An for Hanoi

19h00: Tour ends in Hanoi.

 

Itinerary:

Ninh Binh province is worth to come which owns many beautiful places from mountain, river to rice fields and villages. You couldn’t miss Am Tien cave, one of highlights in cultural-historical relic complex.

Am Tien Cave is located on the flank of mountain with rugged terrain and surrounded by mountains. The cave looks like dragon’s mouth shape so it has another name is Dragon Cave. Due to terrain, the cave almost separated from the outside world. In the past, King made order for using this place as an execution ground for punishment to crimes.

You have to climb 205 stairs to reach the cave. Along the road, you will see many trees which make a mysterious vibe for this place. From there, you will have an overall view of landscape. You also see a huge lake called Ao Giai from cave gate. Its water is quite clear so you can see algaes under the water. You are surely impressed with panorama view in front of your eyes.

On the mountain, you will see a pagoda where Queen Duong Van Nga where lived in last years of her life. You can walk around and observe the architecture and ask tour guide about its stories for have better understanding. This is an ideal place that help you find peace in busy life!

Move to the next destination, you will visit one of the most famous spots for check-in, Mua Cave. If you are travel lover and have some search on the internet about Vietnam, you could see photos of Mua Cave before. According to the legend, King Tran visited here and watched dance performance. This is a reason for cave’s name, “Mua” means dance.

Mua Cave is lying at the foot of Mua mountain which shapes a bell. To stand at the peak of mountain, you need to pass are nearly 500 steps. This can be challenging but you will forget all of tiredness when reach the mountain’s peak. Could you image a panorama view of all of Trang An landscape complex? You will see a long green river is surrounded by rice fields. If you visit there in harvest season, it will be a feast of your eyes with stunning landscape!

After feeling for climbing to the mountain, is there nothing better than a meal with delicious dishes to get the energy back? You will have lunch at local restaurant.

In the afternoon, you will arrive at Trang An Eco Tourism Landscape which was recognized by UNESCO as a Natural World Heritage site. Its area is 2168 ha, you will be lost in fairy tale which nature is purely beautiful. You will take a sampan boat and start to explore this complex. On the way, in front of your eyes is a lot of mountains and reflect their shadows on the water river. The limestone mountains here have been formed since 250 million years and after climate and environment changes, it makes many ponds and caves. On the sampan boat, you will go through many caves. This is great opportunity to have amazing photos and save memories. Feel the wind blows in your hair while admiring landscape, this is so cool, right?
