Sapa town in Lao Cao province is one of a typical destination that owning many stunning views, from terraced fields, valleys to mountains. It is a good choice for trekking lovers when you can get long routes through the villages of ethnic groups, take a look of their life and culture, admire the nature’s beauty and immerse yourself into the landscapes. You will have the opportunity to try the local dishes and stay one night at the local house, feel the tranquil and peaceful atmosphere of mountainous area.
Day 01: Lao Cai station - Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van (B/L/D).
6.00 - 6.30: Pick you up at Lao Cai station to Sapa city center. Check in your hotel in Sapa city center.
9.00 - 9.30: Meet tour guide and start the trekking tour Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van.
12.00 - 12.30: Have lunch at the local restaurant.
In the afternoon, continue to trek in the route to Ta Van village.
Check in at the homestay at Ta Van village. Free time at leisure.
Have dinner at the homestay. Overnight at the homestay.
Day 02: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan - Sapa - Lao Cai station (B/L/D).
Have breakfast at the homestay.
9.00 - 9.30: Start the tour. Spend time to explore Giang Ta Chai and Su Pan village.
12.00 - 12.30: Have picnic lunch at the village.
Walk to the main road to return to Sapa city center.
Free time at leisure.
17.30: Get the bus to Lao Cai station. Tour ends.
Day 01: Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van (B/L/D).
You will be picked up at Lao Cai station to Sapa city center. Check-in the hotel and have time to be relaxed. You will meet tour guide around 9.00 AM and then start trekking day tour at Y Linh Ho – Ta Van route with the distance about 12 km.
Trek to Y Linh Ho, a village is located at flank of mountain. The local live dispersed and not concentrate to just one area. The name of village is similar to the man came this land to live, tilled and sowed the land. The village is surrounded by Hoang Lien Son mountain range. The main job of the local is rice growing. Therefore, hitting on your eyes is a picture of many rice terraces. If you come here in harvest season, you can be overwhelmed by its grandeur and beauty with perfect yellow color.
Then, you will move along Muong Hoa Stream to Lao Chai village. You will go to Lao Chai and Ta Van village. Lao Chai is about 7km from Sapa city center. Two villages are home of Tay and Hmong people. They are located between Hoang Lien Son mountain range and Ham Rong mountain which makes good condition for people can live. Come here, you will see many terraced fields and the local are working on their fields. If you visit Sapa in harvest period, you can be amazed by the golden view of ripe rice. This is a proud of the local people which is evidence for their efforts.
12.00 - 12.30: Have picnic lunch at Lao Chai Village to get the energy back.
Go to Ta Van village - home of Dzay, Hmong and Red Dzao ethnic people. Stroll on small paths of the village while observing landscapes of rice fields and small cottage houses near there. Its atmosphere is quite peaceful with wild nature, it is an ideal place for you to run away from busy life. Although their living standard is low, you can see that the ethnic minority own slow paced life.

Day 02: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan - Sapa (B/L/D).
You can wake up early to enjoy the fresh air of the morning in mountainous area. It will be a good way to start the day!
You will get the meet tour guide and other customers to begin the second trekking day in Sapa with route: Ta Van – GIang Ta Chai – Su Pan.
Along Muong Hoa valley, you will visit go through is Giang Ta Chai. From Ta Van to Giang Ta Chai, you will across the short path filled up of bamboo tree, a symbol of strength, and renewal. The village is famous for herbal bath service which helps people can be relaxed and good support for your heath. Using herbal bath has been a habit in the local’s life and when they see its potential, they products it wider.
Then, you will continue to explore Su Pan village of Black Hmong and Red Dao people. Su Pan village is about 17km towards east of Sapa town center, this village owns a tranquil and attractive vibe. This is a poor village because of lacking soil for growing. However, recently, the local people know how to take advantage of their beautiful landscapes for boosting travelling services. More people know about this small village and felt in love with it. Su Pan village is an ideal place for From there, you can see Muong Hoa valley, one of the four most beautiful valleys in the north of Vietnam. The 15km long valley attracts people with full of terraced fields. This is a hot check-in place that you could not miss when you come to Sapa.
Go to the main road to get the bus to return to Sapa city center. Get the bus to Lao Cai station. Tour ends.
