Price quotations to clients/agents are in American Dollar and subject to change in line with currency fluctuation without notice. All services such as Tips/gratuities, insurance, personal expenses, food & beverages not described in the product's itinerary are exclusive.
Children pricing: Infants & children under 3 years old are free of charge for all services, children between 3 and 9 years of age will be charged 75% of adult price on ground transportation & tours. Children over 10 years old will be considered as an adult.
If you have our coupon code, please fill in the code to redeem your discount before continuing to the last step of making payment. In case the coupon code is invalid, please revise its expiry date.
Full payment is required at the time of booking by Pay Pal or credit cards and we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or JTB cards. For other currencies except for USD and EUR the total amount will be charged in USD at the conversion's rate applicable at the time of your booking.
3. Cancellation & refunds:
If for any reason you would like to cancel your booking, our cancellation policy below will be applied:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to travel receive a full refund
- Cancellations made from 24-48 hours prior to travel will be charged 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to travel will be charged 100 % cancellation fee
In the event of a No Show, GoAsiaDayTrip reserves the right to charge full amount of a booking.
4. Booking amendments:
Should you have any change on your booking detail prior to travel date, simply contact us by hotline number + 84-9-4161-8080 or email us at support@GoAsiaDayTrip.com with your new details and we will update your booking accordingly.
Please note that GoAsiaDayTrip does not charge an additional fee to amend or change the details of booking, as long as the request to change is received by our Team more than three (3) days prior to your travel date. For amendments received 3 days or less prior to your travel date, you may be charged an additional fee.
5. Booking voucher:
After submitting your booking and making payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email with a voucher code. Please print your voucher and bring it along with you or save your voucher in your smart phone to show on your travel date.
In case you have not received your voucher within 36 hours, you must notify GoAsiaDayTrip.

We will be very happy if you send an email feedback to our service department at firstname.lastname@example.org to help us improve better service quality better. We are grateful to you about that and our customer service team will check and verify the information you provided. We will give you a refund if your information is accurate and honest.
