What is GoAsiaDayTrip?
GoAsiaDayTrip is a trusted travel agency focusing on full-day and half-day tours to all countries of Southeast Asia and through which travelers all over the world can book sightseeing tours, ticket shows, experiences, things to do and ground transportation.

2. General information

Do I need to register an account to book tours & activities?
You do not need an account to book with us. When you place a booking, you will receive an email from us with basic information of your booking. Once your booking is confirmed (because we have free sale or on request option for our partner, some bookings are immediately confirmed while others need to be confirmed by supplier within 36 hours), you will receive another email from us with your issued booking voucher.

3. Make a booking

How do I make a booking?
First, visit the page of the activity you would like to book, select your travel date, your number of participants in your group, and then click the “Book now” button to reserve. Please read carefully the tour itinerary including service inclusions/exclusions before heading to the next step.
On the next page, review your booking information, and click "Proceed to checkout" button to enter your payment details (One Pay or Pay Pal). There’s also a field to enter any special requests for supplier.
Once you submit your booking, our local partner of the tour will confirm your reservation within 36 hours (for on request option) or immediately (for free sale option), and then you will receive a ticket voucher via email. Please print your voucher and bring it along with you or save your voucher in your smart phone to show on your travel date.
Please note that your credit card/PayPal account will be charged upon booking. If the local tour operator does not accept your booking, the charged amount will be credited back to your account.
Which payment method GoAsiaDayTrip accepts?
When you make a booking, you can make payment with a VISA or MasterCard credit card, or with PayPal.
Note: You may be charged a transaction fee when making international payment. Please contact your card provider directly for further information about transaction fees.
Is your online payment gate secure?
Yes, of course. By using our online payment gate, your payment information is encrypted, and you can even make date changes or early cancellations at no cost.

How do I ask an inquiry or a question before making a reservation?
If you have a question or an inquiry about the tour or activity, you can send via our online contact form. It will then be forwarded to our customer service team who will handle your request and get back to you within 24 hours.

5. Reviews

What is review?
A review is literally an online feedback after you joined a tour with us, where you can share with us your story and your feeling about the trip. After going on a tour with us, you will receive an email from us requesting you to write a review about the tour and supplier’s service. This is optional but we encourage you to give us your idea, because it will be important in helping us improve our services, and also it could be a perfect guideline for fellow travellers who wish to join the same activity with you.
How can I review an activity that I already attended?
After your tour, you will receive an email requesting to share your experience. Please click on the link to access the review form where you can give an overall rating (1 to 5 stars), leave a comment or other information/tips for travelers.

6. Cancellations        

What is a no-show?
If, for whatever reason, you are not available at the meeting point on tour date, without informing us in advance, you will be considered as 'no show'.  Refund will not be made in those cases.
If I need to cancel my booking, will I pay a cancellation fee?

If for any reason you would like to cancel your booking, please check the cancellation below:

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to travel receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made from 24-72 hours prior to travel will be charged 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to travel will be charged 100 % cancellation fee

In the event of a No Show, GoAsiaDayTrip reserves the right to charge full amount of a booking.

How do I cancel my booking?
Please contact us by email at support@goasiadaytrip.com or by phone with your name & booking reference number to cancel the booking.
How do I change booking detail prior to travel date?
Should you have any change on your booking detail prior to travel date, simply contact us by hotline number + 84-9-4161-8080, or email us at support@goasiadaytrip.com with your new details and we will update your booking accordingly.
